  The host is very attentive. Check in-out was very efficient, easy and accommodating! We had 3 rambunctious boys age 8-17 in our group. The yard was ample size for them to move about to release energy. No yard toys were available but we had brought a few of our own. We love the artificial turf for our morning yoga on the yard. We walked the neighborhood several times. Safety was not a concern. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, all the basic small appliances you may need in addition to several cooking spices. Primary bed is extremely comfortable. Plenty of pillows, sheets, towels, toilet paper etc for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. We would stay here again!

  We enjoyed our stay in San Diego. This was a good homebase and close to downtown and every where else we wanted to visit. The outdoor area was good for hanging and spending the afternoon.

• Best Place to Stay!!!

  I recently rented this home for my daughter's wedding in San Diego. While seven of us shared this well kept and comfy place, it felt spacious enough to enjoy the cool morning and evening time for coffee and drinks on the back patio. Even with close neighbors the privacy was nice.

  I will be renting this place again due to its close proximity to downtown, yet far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle!
