Girls Trip
5/5 The property was very comfortable for our group of 5. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils and cookware. The host was very accommodating to our needs. The only complaint we had was the water pressure in both showers wasn't great. Would highly recommend area and host. Thank you Nancy for allowing us to rent your home. We had a fabulous trip!

From the owner: "Thank you for your feedback. The city has been replacing the sewer and has randomly turned off the water without prior notice. This has caused intermittent water pressure issues that were unexpected or unplanned. I was told by a city worker that my street is now complete, so this should be resolved."
Great Location
4/5 Clean, great location, great layout, comfortable beds. Really one con: the showerer in the master is basically not usable, so don't plan for two showers.

Wonderful 1-story walk to Bay & Beach
5/5 We had a great stay here! The host was available and promptly responsded to any of our questions. The home was clean and just as the photos show. Everything worked, absolutely no issues. This is a wonderful one-story house with great front courtyard. Absolutely perfect location - easy troll to Mission Bay or Mission Beach. Highly recommend!
Super clean, fantastic location - perfect vacation rental
5/5 A family of four staying for a few days, enjoyed Mission Beach and everything within walking distance, easy Lyft to and from airport. The home was immaculate, communication was seamless (we don't normally use VRBO so I really appreciated the detail we received). The property also has access to beach toys and wagons, my teens loved trying to boogie board and I appreciated not having to pack beach towels! For those concerned about A/C, it's just not a thing in San Diego and the fans were enough. Location is awesome, and the amenities were great. You are also right on Mission Bay, and minutes from the beach. Sunrise on the Bay and sunset on the beach - all a matter of steps. Pretty cool!
