Nice but small
2/5 Nice clean room for one person. Driveway is utilized by primary resident (advertised as driveway parking) and therefore I parked on the street. I wasn’t made aware the entrance is through a side gate and not the main home entrance. Patio is not private and is shared with primary resident. Absolutely no outdoor space for pets and therefore I had to cut my trip short.

From the owner: "Hi Carey, we are sorry your stay was less than stellar. We would have loved the opportunity to smooth out these issues during your stay. Sometimes the main house residents have guests that park in the driveway, a simple message and they would have ran out and moved it. The way to enter into the unit should have been clearly communicated with you. This is a failure on the current property manager. I am will address it.
There is ample front and backyard space. You could have used the backyard or front yard with your dog at any time. The main tenant has their own small dog so we like to have some communication to make sure the dogs are going to get along and or make sure the tenants dogs is taken inside when you want to be outside. Usually it's a simple, casual conversation and everyone gets along.
