Great place
4/5 Booking and staying was a great experience. The apartment was clean, modern and very well stocked up with everything we needed. Pretty much anything we needed, was there. The area the apartment was located was very convenient as well.
The only negative was the point of contact was not very responsive when we attempted to contact her about checking in an hour or two early. We had an appointment at the same time check in was and explained this at all numbers and email provided with no response. We did get one response stating she would need to see if the apartment was rented out and she would get back to me. There was never any follow up. Thankfully, our stay was issue free and we didn’t need any assistance after that. If it wasn’t for that, we would have rated this a 5 star.
4/5 Clean and neat. Good location for our needs. Dying and dead battery in entry keypad was not good, but fixed. The Evolve contact worked hard on our behalf to get the keypad to work. Overall, it was good and did what we needed. Close to the water and harbor.

5/5 The place is an A- . We had trouble with the front door keypad. The woman we interfaced with to resolve the issue was very good and eventually got the battery replaced. Nice location by the harbor, clean efficient.

5/5 Clean, cozy, and modern! Also, centrally located to many San Diego attractions (Downtown, SeaWorld, Coronado, and Zoo)

Excellent place in Point Loma
5/5 Very convenient to stores and restaurants. Nicely appointed and a comfortable king size bed. I would stay here again!
