Great place!
4/5 Beautiful studio apartment. Quiet location. Only 1 car parking not 2 like listing said (2 car garage but golf cart parked in other spot). Emailed property manager 3 days before check in with questions and he never responded.

5/5 Th studio was immaculate. Very comfortable with an view of the Pacific and daily sunsets! The owner was caring and accommodating. Would recommend this property and would stay there again.

5/5 This is a great studio. The space is set up so we'll and was before for my trip to visit friends while also being able to work.
Bill, the Guest Contact was communicative and super quick to resolve the small garage door issue.
The studio itself was clean and had everything I needed to cook and have coffee and truly feel like I was at home during the stay..
The views are spectacular and it was such a treat to wake up and see the day unfold from the top of the hill.
Highly, highly recommend!
