5/5 This property is more affordable than most SD rentals. It has an upstairs bedroom with a queen size bed and a living room sofa which could accommodate another person. The unit is clean and has basic kitchen appliances, tv, internet, and bathroom shower. Neighborhood is mostly residential but is walkable to stores, restaurants, a park.

4/5 This unit is clean and well located. Parking in the area is a challenge at best. Nice coffee shop is in building next door and there are many restaurants, coffee shops and bars nearby. Freeway close.
