3/5 Pro: Vibrant location with lots of shopping/restaurants in walking distance. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure on the rain shower.Cons: Hard to find parking and entry gate was always unlocked so not very secure. Not very clean: dirty frig, range top and other areas not well cleaned. Burned out bulbs and missing lighting fixture shades. TV worked in the AM but poor internet made watching any TV in the evening not possible. They did not have central air as described but a wall unit at the top of the stairs. Entry way not private with another unit and owner storage filling the space - no grill as described and not well maintained. Listing pictures did not match the reality of the exterior or interior and the bath/bed are up stairs which was not well depicted. Over all needs some cleaning and TLC. In the many years staying in SD, our least favorite property.

-Our listing notes that street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. As with many metropolitan areas, parking can be limited, so we recommend using rideshare services for added convenience during your stay.
-The unit is equipped with a mini-split air conditioning system, which provides efficient cooling similar to “central air,” rather than a window unit.
-All lightbulbs should be functional. Occasionally a bulb may need to be reconnected or replaced, and we appreciate guests letting us know so we can address it promptly.
-The unit features AT&T fiber internet, which generally provides very high-speed and reliable connectivity suitable for streaming, and general use. If there are ever any issues with the connection, we encourage guests to reach out so we can assist immediately.
-Our cleaners are experienced professionals who consistently meet the highest standards. During our inspection, both the refrigerator. and the stove was found to be clean and well-maintained.
We strive to provide an exceptional experience for all guests, as reflected in the consistent positive feedback we receive.5/5 Everything with the apt was great. The only complication that we experienced was parking, which is a normal occurrence in residential SD. It is just something to be aware of when renting/visiting in SD.

Great small place in San Diego
5/5 Small clean unit. 2 on one side, 4 on the other. Would recommend if you don't rent a car. Street parking is terrible
