Very Disappointed
2/5 This was advertised with AC but only 1 bedroom unit was working and it was really hot. The interior temp was over 80 degrees. The host did nothing to help make it better.
The street parking was horrible, we had to park and walk a few blocks with groceries and it was very inconvenient!
I asked for a refund and was told "sorry you can sleep with the windows and doors open"

Hi there, I’m sorry to hear the stay didn’t meet your expectations. I wanted to share a few details from my side:
-The mini-split A/C unit in the living room was awaiting a part during your stay, and I completely understand how uncomfortable that can be in warm weather.
-I recently spoke with Evolve about this and confirmed that A/C will no longer be listed as an amenity moving forward, since mini-splits aren’t as effective as central air.
-When I stopped by, the windows and interior doors were closed. I suggested opening them, along with the screened doors — to help let in the coastal breeze and cool things down naturally.
-I also let you know that an early check-out with a refund was available if you chose not to stay, but you decided to continue with your reservation.

Cute place
5/5 This was a great place to stay the neighborhood was safe and fun. Walking to the beach is a little ways but you can always drive closer as well. We enjoyed walking and shopping the stores or grabbing food on the way. City tacos is delicious also coffee shop with the donuts was terrific and close by for morning coffee. We had a great stay.

Beach Trip
4/5 We Enjoyed our stay. The parking situation was the only thing we did not care for one night we had to park at Trader Joe's bc we could not fine anything near our Condo.. But location is not bad it's not as close to the beach as we expected but was a 9 block walk. Other than that we had a good stay condo was clean & roomy
