yearly concert
5/5 we come down for aftershock every year. this is one of the best places we have stayed definitely try to stay here next year. host was easy to get ahold of. the bedroom was beautiful and the kitchen was awesome,fully furnished, and the pool was great. hade a great time.

Weekend in Sac
4/5 Nice weekend getaway with family. Great, open kitchen space and nice backyard area with pool. Good communication with the host. Close by to grocery stores. The only thing that would have improved the stay was if there were pool towels or extra towels in general (as there were no wash cloths, dish towels, or hand towels). Extra blankets would have been nice for a couple of us as well.
Overall a nice, quiet, enjoyable stay!

Nice family getaway
4/5 The house and location were great. Communication with the host was also good and he was responsive to all requests. The kitchen is well stocked, spacious and easy to navigate with several places to prep/cook, but there were no dish cloths or hand towels anywhere which resulted in a lot of paper towel usage, and no dishwasher pods or detergent so a lot to hand wash.
Room layout is good, but bed configuration a little awkward for the 8 of us, being a family of 4 plus two couples (my parents and myself and husband), but clearly listed on the listing so we aware of this ahead of time and had a plan. The dining table only fits 6, so we had to squeeze two bar stools in to fit everyone at the table.
The issue we ran into was there were no towels aside from 9 bath towels, meaning no wash cloths, hand towels, pool/beach towels, and no laundry detergent to wash the bath towels which we used as pool towels, so had to buy our own towels. The host was responsive, informing us that the cleaning staff should have taken care of this. Similarly, there were no extra blankets/linens for the beds other than a few decorative throws on the couches which resulted in some of us being too cold while the AC was on.
Pool was great; back yard area is nice, quiet neighborhood, short drive to attractions (shopping/dining) and we enjoyed our stay overall.
