CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. Please be prepared to provide your name and the property address to receive your parking pass
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return the garage door key, garage remote opener, and fitness center key to the basket next to the front door
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately

- A garage door key, a garage remote opener, and a key to access the fitness center will be located in a basket on the table next to the front door upon arrival 
- Pool towels are located in a basket next to the front door 
- The community tennis courts require a reservation. Additional information for booking a time can be found inside the Welcome Book upon arrival
- The HOA prohibits properties from being booked by travelers in town for the Stagecoach or Coachella festivals in April. An agreement will need to be signed on-site
- Transportation to and from Palm Springs International Airport is available upon request for an additional fee. Please reach out to the Guest Contact in advance to coordinate

PARKING:
- 1 vehicle can be parked in the garage
- 1 additional vehicle can be parked in the driveway
- Additional street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis. If parking in the street, please ensure vehicles are facing the same direction as the traffic flow 
- No RV or trailer parking allowed on-site
- Commercial vehicles are not allowed in the community after 6:00 PM on weekdays and 5:00 PM on weekends
