  I’m sharing this review to help future guests make an informed decision regarding their safety.Upon arrival, I had immediate and serious concerns about the surrounding area. After assessing the situation, I contacted local law enforcement and was advised to leave the area immediately for my safety. Based on that guidance, I vacated the property, did not check in, and did not stay.The property did not fully match the listing photos or description, and there were no exterior lights on when we arrived around 7:00 PM, leaving the property completely dark. Given the condition of the neighborhood, this was especially concerning.That evening, I attempted to contact the host/property management company multiple times through the VRBO app, by phone, and via their direct email to express my concerns. I did not receive a response until the following morning. Because I did not feel safe staying there, I was forced to secure alternate accommodations elsewhere.I requested a cancellation and refund due to safety concerns, lack of timely communication, and discrepancies with the listing. Instead, I was given inconsistent responses from multiple representatives without any clear resolution. This runaround was time consuming and significantly impeded on my limited vacation time.
