Great place to stay
5/5 We enjoyed a 1 month stay at Brian's place. It was clean, bright and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has quality appliances, is well stocked and had plenty of cookware needed to prepare meals. having an outdoor gas grill was a nice bonus. The living and dining areas are comfortable. Both bedrooms are spacious and provide a nice size walk-in closet. The queen beds were comfortable and fitted with quality linens. The bedroom window treatments are not the darkening type. They allow some light in at night giving the appearance it is dusk inside. If you like your sleeping area very dark, you might consider wearing an eye mask. Each bedroom had a private balcony where we enjoyed morning coffee, reading books and bird watching. The ensuite bathrooms are very clean, had plush towels, large mirrors, great lighting and plenty of hot water. The mountain views from the living room, outdoor patio and rear balcony are spectacular. The private pool and spa are very clean and well maintained. Having a place in the garage to park our vehicle was very convenient. The rental is only a few minutes drive from the famous Ariel tram, downtown Palm Springs, many restaurants, groceries and attractions. Would definitely stay again.
