- Occupancy Limit: The occupancy will be capped at 8 people with only 2 persons allowed per bedroom. In addition to the maximum, only 2 children under the age of 12 will be allowed
- Parking Limits: Only 1 car is allowed per bedroom
- In-person Meeting Requirement: All adults over the age of 18 must provide a signature upon arrival, ensuring they understand rules and regulations. They will also receive a copy of the rules and regulations and be given verbal instructions on noise, parking, and occupancy

- The property is located in building A. This is the westernmost building in the complex that is facing the mountain and adjacent to Calle Encilia

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox, which is attached to the complex mailboxes just outside the northwest access gate
- Please follow these instructions in order to locate the lockbox: there is an uncovered guest parking lot on the northwest corner of the property with a black metal fence surrounding the complex. Locate the locked entrance gate, on the bottom, lefthand side there will be multiple lockboxes. There is a two-tone, brown lockbox with a round dial
- Please follow these instructions in order to gain access to the lockbox: The code to enter into the lockbox is 'S E T'. Be sure to turn the lock to the right for the first character, then to the left for the second character, and finally to the right for the final character. The square button above the dial will slide down slightly once the proper code is entered to release the front of the lockbox where the key is kept inside
- There are two keys inside the lockbox. One opens the gate to enter the complex, community pool, and hot tub area, and the other gives access to the front entrance to the property
- There is a gate remote opener inside the unit that operates the gate to access covered parking under the building
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Please return the remote gate opener to the condo
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Unit has aluminum foil, clear wrap, and paper towels in the kitchen. These items should be replaced by guests before departure if empty or near empty as a courtesy to the next guest(s)
- Load and start the dishwasher
- All used towels and sheets should be left in a pile on either the bedroom or bathroom floor so that the maid washes only used items. Cloth items left on towel bars or in closet shelves will be assumed clean and not washed in order to conserve water and help protect the environment
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- This single-story condo requires 19 exterior stairs to the unit entrance. An elevator can take you up to the 2nd-floor of the building to access the stairs to the front entrance 
- Linens, towels, and a small quantity of cleaning supplies/toiletries will be provided. Long-term guests should be prepared to obtain laundry detergent, soaps, paper items, and cleaners as if they were living in their own home
- An electric hand-held hair dryer, blender, iron, silverware, dishes, glasses, and cookware are provided. Unit has aluminum foil, clear wrap, and paper towels in the kitchen

- 1 vehicle can be parked in the community parking lot
- Please ensure vehicles are locked without valuables left inside
