4/5 needs better TV could not watch NFL playoff games no local news chanels Roku TV in my opinion is terrible.

"Hi Nancy, thanks for your feedback. We want to clarify that both TVs in the bedroom and living room do have access to local channels through the "Live TV" option. However, Palm Springs only offers one local news channel, with others coming from Los Angeles, including CBS and NBC. Additionally, guests can stream or mirror content from a laptop, phone, or other devices for more viewing options. We appreciate your input and hope you still had a great stay!"Excellent Property!
5/5 This was property lived up to its billing. Clean, comfortable, & had everything we needed. The outdoor space is great-wish we could have stayed longer. Very close to down town Palm Springs and about 20 minutes to several golf courses in the area. The owner also gave clear instructions about accessing the property. Would definately return.

The perfect villa in Palm Springs.
5/5 The villa is fully equipped, comfortable and cozy inside and out. Great location. Charles was available for our questions. The villa was exactly as posted in the photos and somehow more beautiful.

Quiet and private in Palm Springs
5/5 This was an absolute dream of a vacation. The property is private but close to everything. If you are looking for an outdoor space that wows…this is the place! The outdoor kitchen was spectacular and the dip pool was perfect. I cannot wait to visit again. This is definitely my new home in Palm Springs
