5/5 The condo was great…very comfortable, clean, with wonderful amenities and conveniently located. Charles, the owner, was very responsive & provided excellent details about the condo that made our stay a lot easier. The only downside was Evolve’s (the property management company) Property Damage Protection fee. It’s non-refundable whether you do damage or not. We have no problem with paying a damage security deposit which is then refunded if no damage is done.

5/5 The perfect retreat in Palm Springs, close to everything. This is a very well-equipped property, with a comfy bed and beautiful outdoor space with plenty of shady spots. Would 100% stay here again!
