4/5 The house layout worked great for 8 of us. Areas for us to comfortably hangout together or not. Comfortable furniture inside and out.
The propane heater for the pool/spa had a leak and the smell of gas wafted over the patio whenever it was on. We notified the owner and it wasn't fixed before we left. This reduced our use of the pool/spa, which we had paid for.

5/5 This was great location. The outdoor are was fantastic, we spent mornings having tea/coffee and breakfast overlooking the pool and golf course. This was exactly what we were looking for as a family wishing to spend time together.
