Heating problems

From the Owner; Hi Janice, first and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. You should have only comfort when traveling, and I’m truly sorry that we fell short of providing that for you.
While we worked daily to rectify the problem and did get heat restored after one day we recognize that the disruption with hot water lasted longer, and appreciate your patience and grace throughout.
Understanding the inconvenience to you we provided a discount for the affected days, along with the option to move to a new location, Of course, we also understand that no amount of compensation fully makes up for the frustration this caused.
Please know that your experience is not the standard we provide, and we’ve already taken steps to ensure future guests don’t face similar issues. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’re grateful you took the time to share it with us.
If there’s anything more we can do to restore your trust or make this right, we would welcome that opportunity. Thank you again for your understanding, and we truly hope to have the chance to host you again in the future, which would be under much better circumstances.
