It is way off any roads, you have to go through 2.5 miles of 25MPH to get out. The driveway and garage were way too small to park a short bed F-150 in. A large suv would not fit. So I had to park on street. I got their at 3:00 and I really liked it. Then I went to make something to eat. I brought groceries and my Labrador. The kitchen had very little. There was no salt and pepper, butter, oil, and the few spices they had were from the dollar store. There was not a suitable coffee maker. I tried the small Kuerig and it tasted horrible. Probably has not been cleaned in a year. The silverware and utensils, bowls and knives were dollar store. They bend when you use them. You would have to see it. The next day I wanted to clean up and make the dog hair go away. First, no vaccuum, no broom and dustpan. Nothing. Went to the Washer and Dryer. No detergent. The patio was covered in dust and debris as was the barbeque. Okay. So that was not good, but it did have some great things about it. Nice master bed and sliding door to outside. It is on the 3rd hole of the Desert Palms Country club, which is open to public. I enjoyed a round of golf and hit balls, putted. Don't bother with the "party" at the club. It looked like a waiting room for a morgue. (I am 68.)My advice. Tell the property manager to have it clean and have some basics there and to move up to Walmart kitchen tools. It is a nice place. Looks like someone had quit going there and was renting. No soap in the bath.

– A map is included on the listing so guests can review the townhome’s location before booking. Photos of the driveway and garage are also provided to help set clear expectations. While the country club’s events aren’t part of the property’s offerings, we’ve taken note of your comments.
– The kitchen is stocked with basics like condiments, salt, pepper, and olive oil, but we don’t advertise a full spice rack. That said, we agree that thoughtful touches — like quality utensils and a reliable coffee maker — can make a big difference. We’ve recently upgraded to a coffee duo system and replaced the utensils.
– Our supply closet includes essentials like detergent, soap, a broom, and a dustpan. We’ve now added a vacuum as well. We’re also working closely with our cleaner to understand why these items weren’t accessible during your stay so it doesn’t happen again. A full cleanliness inspection has been scheduled, and the patio and BBQ area are being refreshed to ensure they’re ready for future guests.

Nice enough place. Would recommend raising a lamp in the living room. 6’ husband kept hitting his head. There was absolutely no communication after payment until the morning of checkin. I kept sending messages asking for an early checkin and to make sure our service dog was accepted. Will not stay again.

Nice condo, needs a few things.Lawn furniture was pretty dirty. And a few appliances we had problems with,but talked with property management and helped solve water heater problems. Would stay again if things were fixed.

While we worked daily to rectify the problem and did get heat restored after one day we recognize that the disruption with hot water lasted longer, and appreciate your patience and grace throughout.
Understanding the inconvenience to you we provided a discount for the affected days, along with the option to move to a new location, Of course, we also understand that no amount of compensation fully makes up for the frustration this caused.
