Newly refinished
5/5 Wonderful location near larger pool and quiet at night. Everything inside looks new and all appliances and tvs are great. Owner was very responsive to a couple of minor issues would definitely stay there again.

Bad policies
2/5 Several things wrong from the checkin to the end. Called Jason, the Evolve manager for a new garage door opener on Monday and didn’t show up ever. Said we could have a dog on leash in the pool area and they kicked us out. I guess they put whatever they want in the ad and just hope it flies. I would never stay here, if I was looking at this VRBO property

Hi Bruce, we're sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the missing door opener. Unfortunately, a previous guest took it with them. However, we've since purchased three additional garage door openers to ensure this issue doesn't recur in the future.
- We'd like to offer clarification regarding bringing a dog to the pool. It was never communicated to you that this was allowed, and this information is not mentioned in the listing as a permissible activity.
- We did not ask you to leave the pool. The decision was made by the HOA, which was entirely outside of our control. We understand that this situation must have been frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.
