Very enjoyable!
5/5 We stayed at this property for 6 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is perfect with El Paseo a short 15 minute walk. If you want to walk further, the Living Desert is not far and there are many trails on the nearby mountains. There is convenient car access to all major roads, making travel in the valley easy.
The house itself is lovely - very clean and bright - with a real Palm Desert vibe. It is well appointed and complete with everything you need for your stay. There are comfortable outdoor spaces allowing the choice between sun and shade.
We found it to be the ideal place for an extended stay.
Good location - lots if amenities
4/5 This property has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Lots of bedding, towels and paper products. We did not have to buy anything for our entire stay which is unusual. The kitchen had everything possible multiple times over. There were even some condiments in the fridge. Two living areas came in handy during the World Cup. The pool was small but adequate for swimming and the front yard was sunny. The only drawback was the ring doorbell outside of the fence facing the driveway. We felt that we were being watched every time we entered or left the property and also realized that the intercom feature could be turned on at any time. As the pool is right beside the doorbell, there was always a chance that we could be overheard when we were out there. It was an uncomfortable feeling and would likely stop us from renting there again. Otherwise, a very nice property walkable to El Paseo and it’s restaurants and bars if you are in decent shape.

The Best Place Around
5/5 The house is exactly as pictured but even better in person. The location cannot be beat-a quick cruiser bike ride (one bike included in rental) to El Paseo for dining, shopping and people watching) and I even biked to The Living Desert. A very quiet neighborhood (south of 111 and east of 74 is the place to be!) The pool is great. The house is tastefully decorated and feels fresh and new. The beds are super comfy and high quality. What a great place to spend my Covid winter! The owner is very responsive should any needs arise! You will love staying in this house!
