• Very dirty and overpriced!

  The host (who does not own the property) was great. However, the problem falls ultimately on the owners who own the property. The property was extremely dirty when we arrived. It doesn't look like the carpets have ever been cleaned or vacuumed. The dryer was not hooked up properly and you could smell natural gas when turned on. We had to buy supplies ourselves to fix. There was mold under the shower mat downstairs. No key for the pool so had to jump the fence or pry open. The location is great but would not advise renting this property, especially for the price. It is WAY overpriced for what it is. We looked at other properties for half the price that were in much better condition. Eventually we were contacted by the homeowners who were unwilling to provide any kind of refund. The rental company will refund the cleaning fee after we provided documentation and photos.

  Glenn, we appreciate and welcome constructive feedback, although we and the homeowners do not believe this feedback is warranted. Based on our understanding, the cleaners promptly responded and came out to the property to address the cleaning issues. They tried to schedule a follow-up deep cleaning, but you postponed and then turned their offer down altogether. Additionally, the owners dispatched their handyman to the home to inspect the gas lines and the dryer, but found only found a problem with a vent that posed no safety issue. They, too, tried to schedule a time to come back, but you declined them returning to the home to finish their work. Also, the bath mat is replaced after each stay and no other guests have reported a similar issue. We carefully set competitive rates for each property after a thorough analysis of the property itself and the surrounding area. The owners prioritize every guest experience and did all they could to accommodate you during your stay. We're sorry that you felt that their efforts were insufficient. As is evidenced by the many great reviews, these owners are accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and we feel confident that future guests will be delighted. Best, the Evolve Team

  The property was exactly as described. The parking was a real benefit for us as we had a truck and 14' trailer, with two motorcycles. The condo is well furnished and stocked. It is beautifully finished. There are lots of outdoor seating options and the close location to the pool was nice. We enjoyed the proximity to hiking and Hwy 74 as we rode it daily. The manager was polite and helpful. Highly recommend this condo.
