Magical views
5/5 We were seeking a peaceful stay to quietly celebrate 2 birthdays - a space where we could open doors and windows and hear the ocean.This home (not a house - it is a home) far exceeded expectations. From the moment we walked in, we immediately felt like the home had beautiful energy. The views are amazing, the layout of the home is thoughtful and comfortable, the decor is tasteful and not too dated or overdone and crowdwd. All the modern conveniences we needed. We have been going to Gualale/Anchor Bay/ Mendocino area for years, but had not stayed near Manchester Beach. We will be back for sure. We did not find the stairs to be too stressful. We were on that deck every day.We did dine out on Saturday at the Elk Cove Inn and Spa which I highly recommend. Lovely service, absolutely delicious, well executed dinner for all. My husband also made daily trips to Franny's Cup and Saucer, a long time love and family tradition that should also not be missed. If you are looking to get away from the frenetic pace of life and heal your soul - this is 100% the place to seek out.Lastly, Michelle was awesome and nearby if anything was meeded. The Evolve group that handles the bookings is much less impressive. All in all, highly recommend. Well done on sharing this beautiful space, we thank you.

Bestie trip
5/5 The house was just as described in the description and check-in was easy. The neighborhood is really quiet. It’s just a very short drive down to the private beach, and we went there every day. The view is absolutely gorgeous. We needed to relax and we got to do that. Every place we wanted to go was just a day trip away… Mendocino, Fort Bragg, Point Arena. Perfect getaway.🥰

Coastal Getaway
5/5 We had a wonderful experience here in Manchester. The house was exactly as advertised. The home was very clean and welcoming. And the view was spectacular! This was a good base from which to explore the Point Arena and Mendocino areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home. And did I mention the view!
