PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 16866 Kingsbury St, Unit 315, Los Angeles, CA 91344
To navigate to the parking garage, please follow the following directions:
-  Use a mapping app to drive to Casitas Care Center, drive a little down the alleyway then turn right at the trash cans 
- The wrought iron security parking garage is on the left-hand side about halfway down with two wall lights on the side of the garage
- Enter the garage and the parking spot is immediately on the left-hand side: number 52, next to the white Honda Accord
- Take the service elevator using the elevator key on the keychain provided in the lock box and go up to the third floor, turn right and it is the first condo on the right 
- Once you enter unit #315 from the front, the remote control will be on the counter. Please return it to the same spot, along with the gym key, upon leaving and put the front door key and elevator key back in the lock box on the front door, scrambling the number for security

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Please go to the lobby and enter the code 0315 to be buzzed in for access to the unit
- The key is located inside a lockbox on the door handle of the unit. The code is 1789
- There will be a fob to access the garage on the counter upon arrival. In order to access the garage, please drive to the back of the property
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Please return the fob to the garage to its original location
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
