The owner threatened me multiple times with bringing the police for noise disturbances. I repeatedly told him it wasn't us, and the threats and abuse continued until the very last day... A terrible experience. I would never recommend this place.

From the owner: Hi Alberto, we are sorry to hear you did not have a good time at the property.
We would not threaten a guest. However, we have neighbors who live and work in the area, and we ask all our guests to abide by the house rules. We have an HOA that we have to work with, and when we have guests who don't follow the rules, we are the ones who pay the price.
We have quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am, and after speaking with the neighbors and HOA, those rules were not being followed.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
Great clean and functional apartment near Long Beach. Highly recommend. No central AC, so be prepared in the hotter months.

The property is exactly as pictures depicted, and the host’s directive was easy to follow making access to the rental seamless. Garage parking is definitely an amenity: without it, parking could be a challenge due to the number of cars parked on the residential street. The unit’s description states there is no air conditioning; heating the space was a challenge. Adjusting the thermostat did not emit heat from the wall furnace. In turn, the space was chilly. Bottled water in the refrigerator was a plus. The significant drawback was cleanliness: it wasn’t filthy, but it wasn’t as clean as it could be. When I arrived, trash was in the trash can. And overall, it was dusty. If the host resolves the aforementioned concerns, it would be a five star stay if you’re comfortable renting a property where other units house tenants rather than guests.
