CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- - The code to the lockbox for the key is 0485
- Step-by-step access to the property:
1- Facing the building, look to the left and open the lockbox that has a red dot on the to;. code 0485.
2- Take the key, and the two fobs .
3- Use the FOB to activate the sensor on the left side of the driveway that opens the garage door.
4- Use the parking spots 146A & 146B.
5- Once parked use the second fob to open the door that gives access to the interior of the building. This same fob gives access to the mail room and building front door.
6- Take the elevator to the third floor.
7- the elevator walk straight and make the first right. Walk down the end of the hallway and make the first right. Apt #344.
8- Once inside the apartment you will see an extra set of keys; the pool pass; the garage pass on the table.
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
