Cons:If you are showing up with more than one car, parking there, especially in the evening, is absolutely horrendous. You may have to park blocks away.If you have a lot of things to unload from your car for your stay, you have to walk around 2 properties to get your things inside. There is a side gate to the back door of this property to make lugging your things a little easier but was told we couldn't get access to that gate. You can park illegally on the corner if you want to be able to unload if there isn't a spot on the street in front of the house. We had three teenagers with us for a 4-night stay during a volleyball tournament, so we had extra stuff with us. The next-door neighbor was kind enough to come over Tuesday morning and tell us that we needed to move our second car from the parking in the front because of street cleaning so it wouldn't get ticketed or towed. The floors were not properly washed. Our kids' feet and socks were black. The beds are absolutely uncomfortable. PRO'sI wanted to end on a positive. Cleanliness: Everything was pretty clean except for the floors. I've been a professional housecleaner for over 30 years, so I appreciate that. The communication was nice. The owner checked in with us the morning of our first day with reminders and answered questions during our stay. I appreciated that. The house is cozy. FYI the rooms are VERY close together upstairs. We appreciated the little amenities. Suggestion to owner: leaveToilet brushes

The home was gorgeous! Pictures do not do it justice. All of the little details and sweet little things that owners leave for guests is so special and made the stay that much better!
The master bed could use a padded mattress cover, was a little rough on the back.
But other than that, the home was absolutely perfect! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!
Our only real complaint is the house lay out isn't specified to be almost all the sleeping upstairs in very close quarters. We all made it work, but going in, it would of been nice to know - so maybe more clear info on the layout would be great. As an FYI we did need heat at night, and the thermostat Heating is really hard to manage, because it gets crazy hot upstairs, when the thermostat downstairs is just at 70 degrees (and it was 70 so the thermostat was working), so if you are having people sleeping upstairs and downstairs will be a bit of a trick to manage temperatures when its cold- but we were there in January, so take that for what it is worth
