5/5 The day we got there the air conditioning unit broke. They were unable to get in replaced before we left but they were in great communication with us. Not their fault the unit didn’t work, it was brand new. Location was awesome’ minutes away from shopping, restaurants and down town Long Beach.
Weekend stay for scuba show
5/5 This was a super rental. First thing you need to know though is parking is street only no reserved. So you’ve got to find a place to park. There are three doors to get in. You need to codes for each. Very easy. Apartment is on third floor. Walkup. No big deal. Apartment is very clean and very cutely decorated. Everything you need is there. No central AC but has two portable ACs and fans. TV, books, games, DVDs and so much more. Also super close to downtown, very convenient.

Great stay
5/5 My first stay at an evolve property. The property was very nice and clean. We were very impressed. The guest contact was also very nice when we text her before checked in. I definitely am saving this property for the next time I visit Long Beach. It is in a killer location if you’re looking to wander around and find restaurants and bars.
