5/5 We chose to rent this house mostly because of the pool, since we knew it would be quite hot when we were in Clear Lake. We definitely enjoyed the pool, but the rest of the house was also fantastic! The kitchen was large and well stocked with everything we needed. Even a wine bottle stopper when we realized we threw a cork away! The furnishings were modern and met our needs well. The kids enjoyed having their own rooms downstairs like their own little apartment. We appreciated the complimentary toiletries and even some coffee pods and snacks! The views of the lake are also outstanding. I enjoyed sitting on the porch each morning with coffee, despite the heat. We saw several deer each day and wild turkeys. We also used the BBQ grill a couple of times. We didn't need to contact anyone while there, since our needs were met before we even arrived. Check in and check out was easy. I definitely would stay here again and would recommend to friends.
