CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- There is a security system that will be armed upon arrival. The alarm panel is to the right of the front door as you enter. Please input the same code used to unlock the door; the code must be entered within 1 minute of entering the home
-Trash bins are in the enclosure at the front of the house near the generator for garbage pickup.
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please return the green Arrowhead Lake Association card to the same location you found it 
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load the dishwasher with used dishes (but do not start)
- Leave slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

-- Full lake trail and lake access are available at the nearby Peninsula Park and require just a few simple steps:
- At least 24 hours prior to arrival, email info@hammerspatrol.com the names of every guest's full name, noting if they are an adult or child, and one valid email for the group
- Grab the green Arrowhead Lake Association card (located inside the home in a wire basket in the cabinet under the microwave. They are on lanyards)
- Go to the Arrowhead Lake Association Office by the Marina (short walk or drive) to buy wristbands for $10 each. Keep the green card with you and accompany any minors at all times
- Please return the green Arrowhead Lake Association card to the same location you found it upon checkout

- 2 vehicles can be parked in the designated parking spaces located in front of the cottage on Blue Bell Ln to the left of the stairs
