• Perfect location, beautiful views, & amazing home!

  This house is a 10/10! Here's why:Every room has a view of the lake! It's bigger than I expected. It has a very well-equipped kitchen that looks over a huge dining/family room combo that has a big fireplace, TV, balcony, and big windows with views of the lake. Private bedrooms with big 4-piece bathrooms & balconies on top & bottom floor.The bottom floor living room is really big, has super comfortable sofas, a TV, and is SO cozy with it's fireplace. With the pull out sofa and the double doors that close, it makes a great 3rd bedroom. There is another bathroom on the bottom floor with a single sink, toilet, and stand up shower that can be dedicated to this 3rd bedroom. My children loved making this space their own! The townhome was incredibly clean and came with all the soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion you would need. LOCATION: This is literally the closest house to the village! I loved the location as I like being able to walk to grab a coffee in the morning, walk to indulge in a margarita and Mexican food after a day of playing in the snow, walk to Stater Bros for groceries, or an easy and safe place to walk your dogs. Stephanie, our property manager, was exceptional and my trip could not have happened without her help and guidance. She is a truly exceptional human! For us, this was the ideal rental for our time in Lake Arrowhead. I've stayed in several rental cabins and at the resort through the years, but this will be my go-to rental moving forward!

• Almost Perfect

  The good: I don’t think you can beat the location. It’s literally the closest condos you can get to the village. Surprisingly, it’s pretty soundproof and we didn’t hear much outside noise, except the ducks in the morning. Great views. Having 3 full baths for 2 bedrooms is a huge advantage. Kitchen, bedrooms, and baths are well stocked. The bad: the thermostats are in the hallways and this is especially an issue in the downstairs. The hallway is cold as hell, but the bedroom and second living heat up very fast. So the temperature is constantly fluctuating and you have to keep the doors open to try and stabilize it. However, there’s some flashing light from the village that reaches into the bedroom when you do this. Would recommend owners getting a remote or “puck” you can pair with the thermostats and keep in the rooms. Another recommendation is a few more hooks in the downstairs bathroom area for Dopp kits. The curtains in the downstairs bedroom aren’t dark enough nor do they reach the floor. Lastly, the beds are extremely (too) firm. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again. There was a miscommunication in the listing and the manager/evolve made it right to our satisfaction, which is more than I can say for a lot of places. 4.5/5 because 5 to me means absolutely nothing wrong and there are some things that could be improved.

• Lake Arrowhead retreat

  This was the perfect location for our stay at Lake Arrowhead as it was walkable to both the resort and town for wedding activities. The layout of the condo was perfect with multiple living areas. Everything we needed was available. And the lake view was amazing! We would definitely stay again.

• Beautiful lakefront condo!

  This was our first visit ever to Lake Arrowhead and discovered this beautiful condo on VRBO. The reservation team was very accommodating and always available with any questions we had. The property sits right on Lake Arrowhead and from the balcony we had beautiful views of Lake Arrowhead and the village. We even saw a bald eagle flying overhead! We will definitely be returning!

• Top Shelf Location, Views, Comfort, Amenities!

  We’re from Lake Arrowhead, moved out of state and come back often to visit kids and grandkids. We’ve stayed in other condos near the village but, this one is by far the most comfortable, the best layout, solid build and has phenomenal lakefront views from every room and 3 balconies (they are small but nice). All I can say is this condo has the best of everything and EVERYTHING you could possibly need or want! High end appliances, beautiful cookware and dish ware, crisp white linens/towels, UGG throws galore, comfy beds/sofas, W/D, large screen tv downstairs, games, Weber BBQ, attached garage, super well stocked kitchen, level entry and, the most convenient location.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, our local family hung out & BBQ’d with us. There was plenty of room for us, the kids and grandkids to comfortably visit. We had zero issues from check-in to checkout. Last, but not least, Steph K. is a gem and has been an outstanding support/help before, during and after our trip.
