Not Recommended for Summer
3/5 The property was clean, organized and beautiful. The kids had fun with the pool and ping pong tables. But we went for the 4th of July weekend and the home has no AC and it was absolutely miserable. If you go during summer, look for a place with AC. The picture of the lake is misleading - no lake view! And the house is far from the city activities (20 minutes to the village).

- The home description does not list A/C as an amenity; it does have a heater for colder months
- We have provided plenty of fans, and when windows are open, the mountain breeze helps cool the home
- The home has large windows that let in a lot of sunlight, making the top level warmer, while the second and third levels are much cooler
- The lake is within walking distance, and the photo of the lake simply depicts the lake itself, but the listing does not claim a direct lake view
- The drive to the village is typically 12-13 minutes when taking the normal route
