Relaxing weekend

5/5 The owner was conscientious and immediately too care of our needs. We got snowed in so he was patient with our delay getting off the mountain. Highly recommend staying.

worst experience i’ve had on vacation
1/5 running water did not work had me waiting for a plumber all day so i couldn’t attend any of my plans just to let me know heater was broken had cold water all stay also jacuzzi water was green so no one could get in this house was the worst of the worst

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: "Sadly, the water heater went out. We are sorry about your experience – we try to respond to such issues promptly.
-Had we known about the problem before your arrival, we would have advised and suggested finding an alternate rental.
-When we discovered the problem, we discounted the price, providing a free day.
-A new water heater was immediately installed to deal with the water issues.
-The jacuzzi service firm normally comes every Thursday. We have talked to the provider to emphasize how important it is to make sure servicing is done."Absolutely amazing place!!!
5/5 My family and I were absolutely delighted to spend a few days at this wonderful place. It was clean and ornate just like the pictures online. You will love everything that this place has to offer. The living room and kitchen are spacious in addition to the exquisite bedrooms. The property managers are also very friendly and accommodating. This place is worth every penny!
