"We're glad to hear you found the property clean and appreciated the quiet surroundings. However, we’re sorry to hear that you had trouble accessing the WiFi during your stay. We have multiple places in the condo that list the WiFi password. We also provide contact information both at the property and through guest services, and we didn’t receive any communication from you through those channels. If we had, we would have responded right away to assist.
While we do our best to provide reliable internet, service in our mountain community can occasionally be inconsistent, which is why we’ve installed multiple routers throughout the building. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this caused and hope you were still able to enjoy your visit."5/5 The house was wonderful and had everything needed for a great vacation. The deck and the fenced in yard area we also very nice. And the neighborhood is great.

Weekend getaway
5/5 🌲 Peaceful Woodland Getaway
This cozy cabin in the woods was the great weekend escape. Surrounded by nature, we enjoyed quiet mornings. It was close to the shops, lakes, and restaurants, the host’s hospitality and the communication was great. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing a reset.
Amazing cottage
5/5 We truly enjoyed our stay at the Snow White cottage! The neighborhood is absolutely magical with all of the tall trees and a view of the lake from the end of the road. Jackie was absolutely amazing! She really made sure to go out of her way to make our trip special. We loved the cozy feel of the cottage and truly enjoyed our stay!

Cute and delightful
5/5 We’d never been to Lake Arrowhead and the cottage we chose was perfect. Cosy, adorable, close to everything, really felt like we were transported to another state - not 90 mins from LA!We’d stay there again - our cottage was clean, organized and friendly. Thank you!
