CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 2:00 pm
- Please download the app 'August Home' and reach out to Thekla directly for the access code
- The code will be given to guests after they acknowledge that they know about the noise rules
- Please note that a complete inventory is taken prior to guest arrival
- You’ll find the cabin’s entrance by going down the stairs

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 am
- Return key to the lockbox upon Check-out
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Clean the counters and load and start the dishwasher
- Collect all food and belongings
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile near the bathroom
- Make sure all lights, electronics are off
- Turn off and unplug all kitchen appliances
- Verify that all gas appliances are off including the fireplace valve
- Verify furnace is set to the lowest setting (50 degrees)
- Confirm that no water is running or dripping from any faucets
- Make sure the Master Bathroom’s ceiling heater is turned off
- Close and lock all windows and doors, and be sure to shut the blinds
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- This is a non-smoking property, smoking inside the property is a huge fire hazard due to the location being in the forest
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- PLEASE NOTE: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, closely monitored by local authorities
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Supervise children by the stairs
- Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced by the neighborhood watch and HOA
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
- Please note that travelers must bring their own firewood for the fireplace

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The furnace is at the bottom of the stairs. Try to keep it no higher than 70 to 75 degrees during the day and 62 at night
- Gas fireplace lights by turning gas on slightly and then lighting with lighter. Please be careful. Always confirm the gas valve is off when you’re done
- The main floor TV is a Smart TV with YouTube, Netflix, and other applications. Feel free to use the DVD/Tape player
- The bedroom TV only has a DVD player
- You are welcome to use the paper products provided
- Please replace what you use in the kitchen (wine from the wine rack, condiments, spices, etc.)
- This property is not suitable for children under the age of 5 due to the stairs
- The property does not have air conditioning

PARKING:
- A Mini parking lot is designated to the cabin and can fit 3 small cars
- In winter months its recommended to bring 2 cars or less due to the snow
- Please be aware that there is a sign that says no parking- this does not apply to you. If cars are parked in the area please call 909.336.3222 to have it towed or call the homeowner Thekla Seigman, 714-898-1845.
