  The place was very clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. It had great amenities and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also excellent convenient. Highly recommend!

  If you're looking for a more laid back vibe than South Lake Tahoe, this is an amazing location. It was minutes to Kings Beach and 20 minutes to Sand Harbor. There were plenty of local restaurants and Safeway was close by. My kids loved the pool for our time between beaches. The unit itself was older, but clean, cozy, and nicely furnished. No bugs or insects were found inside. Be sure to close all windows, sun roofs, and lock your car doors. A neighboring car window was broken by a bear one night - a local resident told us to not leave any entry points for the bears to grab hold of because her sunroof was tilted open, and a bear had ripped it off a few days before. The Bear Den is a fitting name for this property ;) Would stay here again!

• Weekend Trip to Tahoe

  Our stay at this property was great, it's located in a prime spot and very convenient to get to Northstar. Booking was a breeze, and the host was consistently responsive and considerate throughout our stay. When we encountered a minor hiccup, they quickly addressed and resolved the issue. Overall, we've enjoyed the experience and hope to return sometime soon!
