Nice spot and location
3/5 The place was nice. We had an issue with broken glass and stickers mixed in with the back yard dirt. We let the owner know and he was gracious and ensured that it would be resolved before the next guests arrived. The "Evolve" company was okay. We missed the check-in instructions because expected them from VRBO; since rebranding to Evolve, messages were filed in trash and it took a long time to get them on the phone for a resend of check-in info. Otherwise all good. The house was in a good location for easy access to everything.

5/5 Perfect for us!!
5/5 We came to Joshua Tree for a 4 day music festival and the location of the home was perfect! The house was equipped with everything we needed, we felt safe and the home was comfortable and cozy. Gene, The home owner was very prompt with our request for a late check out and was so kind and accommodating I felt like I was taking to my neighbor! We, (My daughters and granddaughter) want to come back and stay here every year now. Definitely would recommend this place and we will be back again.
