5/5 Nice spot and location
3/5 The place was nice. We had an issue with broken glass and stickers mixed in with the back yard dirt. We let the owner know and he was gracious and ensured that it would be resolved before the next guests arrived. The "Evolve" company was okay. We missed the check-in instructions because expected them from VRBO; since rebranding to Evolve, messages were filed in trash and it took a long time to get them on the phone for a resend of check-in info. Otherwise all good. The house was in a good location for easy access to everything.

5/5 We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable, and being close to Joshua Tree entrance was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.
