- This property is located in a gated community. Before your arrival date, please text the Guest Contact (Manouk) with the first and last names of all drivers so they can provide this information to the security guard
- Please come through Avenue 44 to get to the property entrance that's on the left side. Give your ID to the security guard to gain access and they will give you a pass that must be shown every time you enter the community
- Please ensure that the person driving the car is the person whose name was sent to the Guest Contact as their ID must match the booking name

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste 
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
