  Nice place! Lots of room and many amenities. Everything was clean and put together. It was in a nice neighborhood. The only problem we had was the automated text with the key code didn’t go out to us before we got there so we had to contact the host, but I wouldn’t blame that on them. I would blame it on technology. But they were quick about correcting it. Overall a good stay.

  Be aware that this listing states, verbatim, first thing under property details is ‘you’ll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party’. This is not true. Waaaay down in the bottom of the listing in the small print under policies and notes, squeezed in between the other details it says. ‘ Homeowners live on site in separate upstairs unit with a separate entrance and may be present during your stay.’. They were present the entire time we were there at night and in the morning. They have a child, a small child that proceeded to run around and squealed in the early morning hours. This was the most awkward and uncomfortable stay at a VRBO I have ever experienced. I understand that they did slip it in down in the policies/notes but when the first thing under property details, says what it says about getting the entire house that put you at ease that you’re not sharing it with anyone, but in fact you are.

  - We take the accuracy of our listings seriously and have confirmed that we do not state that "you’ll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party"
  - The listing does state that the homeowners live on-site in a separate upstairs unit with a separate entrance.
  - We're surprised by this review given our pleasant communication. We tried our best to address your concerns, including offering to move our car, which you declined, saying it was okay. Additionally, the listing clearly states that only street parking is available.
  - While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules, including no parties and treat the property as their own. 
  - To ensure that our guests make informed decisions that align with their preferences, we strongly encourage them to thoroughly review our listing before making a booking.
  We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
