1/5 We were so looking forward to this stay to celebrate my father's 80th birthday. But instead, we were locked out of the property for several hours in 111F heat due to their faulty door. We had to completely change our father's celebration as a result — cancelling dinner plans, making several trips back to the house to "try" new codes and wait for a locksmith. It was a completely deflating and exhausting experience. In the end, the locksmith got us in, but could not guarantee the door wouldn't have the same issue again, so we were essentially forced to stay in the house or risk the same result. Beyond that, we found what appeared to be blood stains in the bedding, a used bathing suit bottom stuffed inside a chair, ripped screens, fans that don't work, and a broken dishwasher rack, among other issues.We've found comparably priced locations in Palm Springs on recent trips that were flawless. This is no oasis.

Nice place but some disappointments
4/5 All the basics were taken care of (towels, sheets, comfortable beds). There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room. The games and game room was fun. The place was a little bit dirty (carpet & floors needed cleaning). We ran out of silverware and glasses really quickly and had to keep rewashing by hand. The main thing was the hot tub didn't work. Had we known that up front, we may have chosen another place.
