  I was told to and had to buy my own toilet paper. We were provided 3/4 of one roll and the cabin rules binder stated there was extra under the e sink, nope! I text the property manager and was told I had to buy my own- what!!! never in my many years of renting homes have i been told I had to buy my own toilet paper. Maybe update the cabin rules and put that on your rental Information . The cabin was not clean, the fan in the living room had layers of dust and so did the heat/ac vent. The crunchy stuff in the comforter in the main room- well one can only imagine what it was, clearly had not been washed prior to our arrival. The handles on the fridge disgusting, a quick wipe down would’ve done the trick. The upstairs carpet and bed had what appeared to be broken pine cones all over.   Kitchen was well appointed, I couldn't quite figure out how to use/activate the alarm when leaving, but everything else was lovely.
