  Need address where it can be seen from road. Driveway is hard to navigate. Bed was hard as a rock.

  Hi Karen, thank you for your thoughtful feedback regarding our cabin. It’s our goal that every guest feels comfortable and enjoys the cabin as much as my family and I do, so your review is very much appreciated.
  -We understand it can be challenging to navigate in an unfamiliar area, so we’ve added a new lighted sign with house numbers at the entrance to make the cabin easier to find. We also know that our countryside driveway can be a bit tricky to access from the main road, and we hope that recent roadside upgrades will help with this. We want our guests to arrive relaxed and ready to enjoy their stay!
  -Once you arrived, we trust the level driveway entrance and motion-sensor lighting made entry smooth. We hope that once you were settled in, the peaceful surroundings, cozy furnishings, and lake views made the extra navigation worth it!
  -Additionally, we’ve upgraded the bed to a more comfortable, tufted option so future guests can rest easily. We hope you otherwise had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the cabin, the lake, and everything the area has to offer.

• Poor Communication

  We did not received the check in instructions such as door and Alarm Codes, so I had to text the owner prior to our arrival. The TV remote control was thrown behind the couch cushion (Texted the owner and never got a response). In Most places check in is at 2pm and check out at 11 am. Keep in mind that here check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am. We checked out at 10:10am because I was trying to Arm the security system (Which no instruction was provided) and I received an email that I delayed the check out( 10 MIN ).

  Hi Argam, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - The pre-stay email you received upon booking your stay includes the following instruction: "As soon as possible, please reach out to the Guest Contact to coordinate your arrival time and receive additional check-in instructions." When you reached out to the Guest Contact, they promptly provided this information for your convenience.
  - We sincerely apologize for both the oversight of the TV remote being inadvertently left behind the couch cushion and for not responding promptly when you informed us about finding it.
  - The check-in and check-out times are advertised on our listing, allowing guests to determine whether these times align with their needs and expectations before booking. Additionally, we send a pre-stay email containing this information after guests book to serve as a reminder before check-in.
  - We reached out regarding your late departure, given the same-day booking, which limited the available time to prepare the cabin for incoming guests.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
