Cozy Crestline Cabin, Close to Lakes, Parks!

  We booked this cabin in summer and there was no air conditioning. The online photos were different from how the cabin really was.Driving around the neighborhood was really diffucult and we had disturbing animals (goats) as neighbors.It was the worst stay we could ever have gone to ☹

  -We're sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. The listing clearly states that there is no A/C, as many homes in the mountains do not have this feature. We encourage our guests to thoroughly review all the details and amenities in the listing to ensure their expectations are met.
  -The house is approximately fifty feet away from Hwy 138, so we are unsure why navigating the neighborhood was difficult. We will work on providing clearer directions to local attractions and resources to make it easier for future guests.
  We strive to ensure that every guest enjoys the best possible stay, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests at this property, as evidenced by our other reviews.

  Quaint place that was sufficient for the weekend.

  Pros: Responsive Host, Flexible with check in and check out

  Cons: Poorly lit, missing many basics (particularly in the kitchen), and a bit run down (towel hooks falling out of the walls, etc). Not real kid friendly.

  - Thanks for taking the time to leave your review!
  - When we arrived at the property after your stay, it appeared that the outdoor lights were turned off. We typically leave these lights on prior to guest arrival to ensure the outdoor space is properly lit. Additionally, there are 10 lights in the main living area of the home, and we added one more after you checked out. That being said, we wish you would have reached out while you were in residence so that we could have addressed any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay.
  - Plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies are provided to our guests that are adequate for a short stay.
  - The hook that came off has been repaired. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
  We appreciate all feedback so we can continue to improve. We truly go above and beyond and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
