  This condo is obviously well taken care of . It’s very inviting, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The view from the lovely patio is expansive, taking in the mountains and desert. Kitchen was well equipped with brand new appliances. Having rented many Rams Hill places, I highly recommend this condo.

• Great location with lots of amenities

  We love this location! Beautiful sunset view across the desert valley. Walking distance to pool and hot tub. Short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking. The owners of this home have updated it with every amenity you can think of: coffee, hairdryers, hangers, spices. The interior of the home iis beautifully decorated and beds are so comfortable. Highly recommend!

  I booked this rental for my elderly father and his friends. they had a wonderful time relaxing, doing puzzles, and enjoying the scenery. The host was communicative and friendly. I recommend this rental!

• Rams Hill 1921 Vista Terrace

  Garage door inoperable and could not get it repaired while we were there. No hot water in 1 bathroom and faucet in the other damaged. Heater would not come on. Patio furniture severely deteriorated from the sun. Slider in master bedroom wouldn't open and blind in the kitchen would not open

  "Hi Kenneth, thanks for taking the time to give us some feedback on the mechanics of your recent stay at our condo. We always appreciate comments and suggestions to make one’s stay more enjoyable.
  
  The garage door is finally fixed! A qualified repairman identified that the springs were the problem and that they had been reset. It’s now in excellent working order. The welcome letter provides incoming guests with instructions for the hot water in the shower. The hot water tank is large and less than 5 years old. 
  
  I’m sorry the heater didn’t come on. In those situations, it’s best to alert the local contact who is mentioned in the welcome letter. He is an excellent resource and very willing to assist when unexpected issues arise. We’re in the process of looking at options for the other issues you mentioned.
  
  Thanks again for staying with us. We hope that outside of these issues, you enjoyed the ambiance of Borrego Springs and its surroundings. We look forward to your return visit."
