  First time visiting big bear and traveling with kids to this area. We were pleasantly surprised entering this beautiful home, surrounding area is peaceful. It had all the amenities needed to feel right at home from TV's to boardgames. Space was big enough to accommodate 2 families of 4. Everything we needed to access was a short drive away. Area is quiet at night and the stars really do come out which was beautiful to see with our families. Beautiful experience!

• Memorial Day BBQ Festival

  Amazing Memorial Day weekend in Big Bear Lake! Great BBQ, delicious food, friendly people, and an awesome mountain atmosphere all weekend long. The highlight was staying at the Pan Dulce Cabin. Cozy, clean, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind after enjoying the Big Bear BBQ festivities. Nearby trails, comfortable stay, beautiful view of all the stars in the sky and everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

  This cabin in Big Bear was perfect for our quick getaway! It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, even on such a short trip. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up.

  A huge thank you to the host for accommodating our last-minute booking and making the entire process so easy—especially for just a one-night stay. Truly amazing hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again!

• Cold Magic, Everywhere

  Five stars doesn’t even feel like enough for this stay. We arrived right after a massive snowfall, and the entire place looked like a winter postcard. The property was absolutely perfect—spotless, warm, and incredibly comfortable. Waking up to fresh powder outside the windows was unreal.

  The location couldn’t have been better. We were just minutes from the slopes, which made it easy to get out early and take full advantage of the fresh powder. Shredding the mountain all day and coming back to such a cozy, well-kept place made the whole experience even better. Everything we needed was there, and it truly felt like a home away from home.

  The host clearly cares about the guest experience, and it shows in every detail. Smooth check-in, great communication, and a space that exceeded expectations. This was easily one of the best Big Bear trips we’ve had, and we’ll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect snow getaway.

• 10th Birthday Celebration

  Our son turned 10 and wanted to go to Big Bear to celebrate. Pan Dulce was able to accommodate our last minute reservation. We were able to check in a little early and settle into the cabin. We were so pleased with the amount of space we had and all of the accommodations it offered. We had planned to go out to the slopes the next day but were surprised by a snow storm! We had all been to the snow before but never experience it when it’s snowing. It was so magical. We ended up just staying at the cabin enjoying a home cooked meal, board games, and a movie. The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you for being a part of our son’s magical 10th birthday!
