This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the front of the home facing the front staircase, 1 camera is located on the side of the home facing the steps, and 1 camera is located on a pole near the back of the home facing the deck and steps, and 1 camera is on the back patio facing the patio and backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion, but the notifications will be turned off while guests are in residence

- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash. Please take it all to the designated dump site
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Dog and cat friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately

- No parking in the street or yard
- Take your dog(s) with you when venturing out. They must be leashed
- Please take all trash to the designated dump site
- No dogs on the furniture
