great location and good price
4/5 House is priced fairly; it's very retro (70s), and we did not realize the 4th bedroom was in the attic, accessible by stairs that pulled down from the ceiling, and there was no bathroom. The host was communicative and very helpful.The location is fantastic, with great views and ample parking.

Great location and affordable
4/5 Very affordable and functional. The beds are very comfortable. House is dated but everything, but garbage disposal, works. Kitchen is well stocked. The 4th bedroom is up the attic stairs, which are precarious to get up. The room itself is nice but access is limited, and it was very hot in the summer.

5/5 This place was just what we needed to enjoy our trip to Big Bear. The weather was perfect (not too hot or cold). It’s close to many restaurants and there are tons to do. The staff was helpful upon check in and gave us all the information we needed. Our stay was enjoyable!

5/5 It was an absolute gorgeous place. A vacation to remember. We had so much fun during our stay. From the comfort of the beds to the mesmerizing site from the spacious patio this place is well maintained. The game room was the main event. Our family enjoyed it all night. The location is a big treat because it has every attraction in the backyard and walking distance. We will definitely come back this summer to this house.

Wonderful time
5/5 Came here with families and had a wonderful time. The beds were comfy. We had fun in the game room and loved the fireplace and fire pit. Convenient location near downtown. We will absolutely be looking to stay here again!
