• This management company in Bakersfield is horrible

  We recently had this house reserved for a week. Big deal, operation for my 87 yr old mom and the management company absolutely BLEW IT!!!! !,We never even made it inside.We arrived on time after requesting an early check in only to find we could not enter property. We called phone number provided by Evolve ( Mangerment co) only to get VM,nothing!! During this time my 87 yr old mother needed o use the restroom but nothing after 10, I call other company representative who informs us” She will try to get in touch with our rep”Are you kidding me!! Nothing like just passing the hat Evolve.After a bit a get a call from second representative tell me the house has not been cleaned, the “ Representative “ from Bakersfield is supposed be to also clean house.In the meantime!!By 87 year old mom has now soiled herself and is sitting in it in the driveway of the house we are supposed to be in.Guess what.? I’m furious at this time and keep getting BS excuses and zero help. Finally!! The offer to clean house if we wait or give us our money back…guess which one we choose!!ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!We will never rent from this company again and home owners! DUMP THEM!We can’t tell you about house other than it looked nice from outside and homeowner is you watch your ring footage….pretty sure you know how experience went with house of yours!We ended spending three times the money to stay in a hotel, EXACTLY what we were trying to avoid.

  - We’re truly sorry for the distress this caused, especially given your mother’s condition. We remember the situation clearly and wish your experience had been very different.
  - The home wasn’t cleaned and the access code hadn’t been updated; we offered to send the cleaner immediately, but we understand that by then, the moment had passed.
  - We didn’t realize there was a bathroom emergency until it was too late—had we known, we would’ve absolutely made an exception to get you inside right away.
