3/5 House wasn’t as nice as it looked in the pictures. Outside needs painting, kitchen cabinets need painting. Needs towel hooks. needs clothes line to hang beach towels. Back area outside needs cleaning and made nicer.

4/5 This is a great location. The house is old but the important areas are updated. It is the bottom floor and you hear when someone is walking around upstairs. The upstairs guest had kids that would run around until late at night so if you are a early sleeper beware.
