• Great location, issues with cleanliness

  The location of this property was excellent, and we appreciated being able to check in a few hours early. The manager was accommodating with our requests, which we were grateful for.However, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay that need attention. For a group of nine, only eight bath towels were provided, and there were no extra pillows or blankets for the ninth bed. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were sticky and had clearly not been cleaned prior to our arrival.Additionally, one of the beds had unclean sheets with visible hair and lashes on them, and we found large chunks of hair on the shower walls in one of the bathrooms. Given the questionable cleanliness of the kitchen, we ended up purchasing our own paper plates, bowls, and utensils, as we didn’t feel comfortable using what was provided.I reached out to the property manager with this feedback in hopes they would address these issues before the next guests arrived, but I received no response. I am sharing this review with the hope that these concerns will be resolved to improve the experience for future guests.

  Cleanliness is very important to us and I cleaned the house very well, all the sheets and towels were laundered and all of the beds were made. We make sure that everything is 100% clean and sanitized so that our guests walk into a thoroughly cleaned home.
  
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

• Reunion with Friends

  There were 6 of us friends meeting in the foothills for a reunion. The property was very clean and it was nice to have a big kitchen table to gather around to eat and play board games. The communication with Tisha was excellent. She responded very quickly to any questions that I had prior to our arrival. The weather was not hot so we were able to survive without air conditioning. Our only suggestion would be to install a dishwasher. This is a big home with lots of beds which means your advertising to families and groups. It would have been nice to not have to handwash everything for all of us. Because of the weather we did not use the hot tub or the fireplace but on our last day were able to sit outside in the sun amongst the trees.

• Great Family getaway!

  A relaxing week in a quiet house, lots of time spent on the porch, a few lake outings, a hike, some wine tasting and great food at local restaurants.

  There were a couple of quirks with the house and the property manager was able to address them and/or get ahold of the owners fairly quickly to get answers. Hopefully the welcome book will be updated as we recommended to property management company, that would have answered a few of our questions.

  Beware of the steep gravel driveway, a couple of our cars had a little trouble getting traction to drive up. We ended up parking on the cul dec sac instead which was easier.

  We had a great time. There were six of us. Plenty of room for everybody. Kitchen was moderately supplied. There were a few things missing that I think a lot of people might need, like dish towels, and measuring cups. One dish towel just isn't enough. Beds were very comfortable. Oh, yeah, I think you should give people more instructions on how to use that thermostat. I took us the whole weekend to figure it out, and we're not even sure had it right when we had to turn it off upon leaving. Overall great place. Great location. Would definitely stay again.
