Deceiving Pics
1/5 Filthy Area Rugs, Kitchen chairs broken. Kitchen is not equipped. Uncomfortable seating. Beds were ok. Will not be using again when we return to Yuma in 3 months.

- We were happy to help you by providing extra supplies and step-by-step guidance on using the electronics, in addition to the many resources available throughout the property.
- Professional photos and the description on our listing best represent the space. Guests are encouraged to book a property that best suits their preferences.
- We're happy to share that the kitchen rug has been replaced following your feedback.
- After carefully reviewing your comments, we did find one bent kitchen chair, which has since been replaced.
- All of the kitchen appliances and equipment are stocked and available for guests' convenience as outlined in the listing.
- The furnishings were chosen to complement the property, though we understand that furniture taste can vary from guest to guest.
- The beds are outfitted with brand-new Tempur-Pedic mattresses, and many of our guests have shared how comfortable they've found them.
The homeowner works hard to provide a wonderful stay and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied visitors.Cute and Modern
5/5 Cute little house with modern decor. Back yard is way cuter that the picture in listing with a wrought iron fence that sits higher than the area around it so it kinda has a cool view. Pillows were obviously new and very thick and the couch is not a traditional couch. It was like to chase ends put together. Super cute but difficult to climb in and out of if you're 60 but probably great for honeymooners ;)

Clean, comfortable and relaxing
5/5 Wonderful home in a goos neighborhood. The property manager, Bailey was absolutely amazing in communicating with me and ensuring i had everything i needed for my stay. My family and i felt comfortable and safe.
