Wonderful little cottage!
5/5 I stayed for a full month at this sweet place. It was clean as a pin! Host was outstanding and I received excellent support from Evolve when I wanted to extend my stay. If I get a chance to return I WILL stay here. While it is a trailer, I call it a cottage because it’s very cute and retro. Well organized and comfortable. The main living room is very open. The rooms are not cramped, a lot of space in each bedroom.

Cozy older mobile home
4/5 The property was fine for us but not a good setup for our dog. Pavers are not good for a potty area. The neighborhood was quiet except the planes and helicopters from the nearby airport.
