3 Mi to Grand Canyon Railway: Williams Retreat

Reviews

• Great stay

  4/5

We spent 3 nights in Williams. The house is in a great location. It is so peaceful and great views of the mountains and sunrise. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill outside was easy to use. The outdoor toys were a nice touch

A few improvements we felt would have made our stay 5 stars..

The pillows on the bed are very soft.

The couch was small for a house that sleeps 7. We were only 5 (with 3 kids) and did not fit comfortably.

Overall we had a great stay

  Manager's Response:

From the owner: Thank you so much for spending three nights with us in Williams and for sharing such thoughtful feedback. We’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the peaceful setting, the mountain and sunrise views, and that the kitchen, grill, and outdoor toys helped make your stay enjoyable. We also appreciate you noting what would have made the experience a full five stars. Your comments about the pillows and the size of the couch are genuinely helpful. Since the home is advertised to sleep 6, we want to be sure the living space feels comfortable for groups of that size, and your feedback gives us a clear direction for improvements. We’re happy to hear that overall you had a great stay, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.
