4/5 Edgewater has excellent amenities, and this villa provided what we needed during our stay. It was spacious and comfortable for a family of five. Our host was good at communicating and responding to any inquiries. The unit was clean upon arrival, though it could benefit from some deep cleaning and a few small updates, such as new pillows and shower curtains. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!

The train was really nice that came by.
The grandkids really enjoyed the video games.
They now think they need video games in every VRBO!

Amazing Stay
5/5 My family and I had an absolutely amazing stay. We loved the place!! The kids especially! It had everything we needed, very clean, great location close to Grand Canyon and also other attractions. We loved the yard and fire pit. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay in Williams
5/5 Our famliles had a wonderful time staying at this property. Location was great for getting to the Grand Canyon and to downtown Williams. It was clean and perfectly stocked with everything needed. It was such a nice touch to theme the rental around the nearby historic railway. Loved waking up to the views of the mountains and the quiet rural surroundings. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!
