Nice location, Neighborhood okay
3/5 It was located in a very convenient place, the neighborhood wasn't the greatest and there's no yard. Home had a very nice esthetic but the beds/couch were uncomfortable and the rugs/floors were in need of vacuuming (hair matted into the rugs and tufts of hair from the previous renters was left floating around).

-Regarding the cleanliness concerns, the homeowner acknowledges that the cleaning crew may have missed some areas due to the fast turnovers during a busy season. In response to your feedback, they blocked out several days last week for maintenance and a deep cleaning to ensure the property is in top shape for future guests.
